Welcome Reception

DIRECTIONS: On the first floor, walk through the hotel bar, Alpenglow, exit to go outside. The event will be to your right on the main lawn.

August 24, 2023

Breakfast

DIRECTIONS: On the lower floor. Take the stairs or the elevator down one floor from the main level. From the stairs, turn left. From the elevator, turn right. Walk down the hallway. The entrance will be on your right.

DIRECTIONS: DIRECTIONS: On the lower floor. Take the stairs or the elevator down one floor from the main level. From the stairs, turn left. From the elevator, turn right. Walk down the hallway. You will see the Grand Lawn and Terrace to your left. Exit through the doors to walk out onto the Terrace.

INSTRUCTIONS
Contact Alicia directly to schedule sessions. Sessions are best scheduled before breakfast, during lunch breaks, and in the evenings. You are welcome to schedule more than one session should you want photos with different outfits. All payments will be made directly to Alicia.

LOCAL HAIR SERVICES
Montage Big Sky has a spa and salon. If you would like hair styling services for your photo shoot, you can make an appointment at montage.com/bigsky/spa/.

There is no mandatory dress code for any of the LIVE Event programming. That said, I recommend the following: For the breakfasts and workshop sessions I suggest dressing comfortably, yet put-together. Full-on business casual is not necessary, but I'd stay away from athleisure wear, unless that is how you are most comfortable.

Remember, all of the programming will be captured by our team's photographer and videographer, so dress however you feel comfortable appearing in photos or on video.

For the dinners, I suggest something a little nicer. I will be in dresses for both dinners. That is not required though. We will be outside for both evening events (weather permitting) so I would aim for something in between chic graduation party attire and work happy hour/cocktail party. The Welcome Reception venue is less formal than the Farewell Dinner venue and will be on grass, so plan your shoe selection accordingly.

Another thing to consider: We will be outdoors in the evenings. The temps tend to drop, so keep that in mind. For breakfast and our workshop sessions, we will be indoors. The conference rooms tend to be chilly. I get cold easily, so I will be doing my best to keep the rooms comfortable, but if you are like me and prone to being cold, I recommend layering. I will do what I can to keep the rooms on the warmer side, but I know sometimes that is harder to control with venues than I would like it to be. If you run hot, plan accordingly.
